创新管理与新产品开发 | Select, develop, and evaluate new products and services and set pricing to maximize profitability. | 创业管理(计划) | It will enable students to explore an idea and turn it into a business opportunity and then into a business plan for operations. A practice oriented learning experience in which teams work independently, with guidance from instructors and entrepreneur mentors, to identify and develop new businesses. Addresses the practical aspects of developing business plans and venture start-up planning. The focus of this course is on gaining new venture creation and management experience. Students will learn various theories and tools for creating a new venture from lectures and case studies. Through a state-of-art business simulator | 创业组织与领导 | The course syllabus will cover key aspects of growth management including: leadership, motivation and human capital management. To understand vital organizational behaviors necessary to grow a venture Acquire skills to motivate different stakeholders to work together more effectively and efficiently in a rapidly changing business landscape. Examine ways that allow entrepreneurs to unleash the potential of people in their organization |

创业营销 | pre-venture marketing-which can be a costly and fatal mistake. This is not a general marketing management course. It combines sophisticated marketing approaches with practical guidance on how to apply them in entrepreneurial situations. | 商业模式创新 | To develop insights into the strategic, human capital, and financial aspects in a new and ongoing venture. | 创业(风险)投资 | This course also covers high-risk finance from the entrepreneurial and venture capital perspectives. It addresses a variety of topics including financial valuation, various sources of funds, structures and legal issues in arranging financing, private and public venture capital markets, and preparation for and execution of an initial public securities offering. Students are able to place accounting as a source of essential financial information to be tapped by managers and investors for decision making by understanding the use of accounting and financial information when conducting global businesses, and formulating the operating and financial management strategy of companies |
